Raspberries are related to the rose family and are native to Europe and Asia and can be found in Alaska. Eaten since pre-historic times. They go well with other fruits such as oranges, apples and pears. Valuable source of vitamin c, potassium and dietary fibre. Raspberry juice is good for the heart and the leaves have beneficial effects during childbirth.
