Rosemary & Thyme is always on its guard! Choosing its producers, its soils, its fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides, planning of sowing, harvesting by approved companies; sampling at every stage of production to check organoleptic and microbiological standards; nothing is left to chance and everything contributes to meeting exactly the constraints imposed to come up to the highest expectations.

Our processing plant operates to the highest manufacturing practices and we adhere to all relevant food safety legislation. We regularly review our Quality Management System and ensure continued training of our Quality Control staff.
