In the beginning...
A strong partnership was formed in 1996 between Managing Director Barry Smith and Unifrost-Dujardin Foods. Rosemary & Thyme turned over £128,000 in its first year and is now close to a £10 million business.
Rosemary & Thyme is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers in the food industry. We understand the pressures you are under from your own customers and aim to alleviate this by providing;
Flexibly processed and Reliably delivered.
Each of our products is grown in the area most suitable for their cultivation. The selection, harvesting, processing and packing of Rosemary & Thyme products are under our direct control. We sample at every stage of production, checking organoleptic and microbiological standards.
One stop shop
We have become a 'one stop shop' for many of our customers who can mix their pallet lot orders with herbs, ingredients (such as chilli, garlic, ginger), fruits and vegetables. This saves on costs and is a convenient solution to many customer needs.
Variety is the Spice of Life
As well as frozen herbs and ready-made ingredients, fruits and vegetables. We can also supply ambient stable purees and Stay Fresh herbs. We also have a wide selection of organic produce.
